Officer Deployment
A certified Fire Watch Officer is dispatched to your property, typically within 1–2 hours, with a supervisor coordinating relief so coverage never lapses through nights, weekends, and holidays.
Site Orientation
On arrival, the officer walks the property with your staff to map patrol routes, locate alarm pull stations, extinguishers, standpipes, and exits, and review your fire control and evacuation plan.

The Officer patrols every affected floor, corridor, stairwell, and mechanical space on interval — actively looking for signs and conditions of fire such as smoke, odor, heat, or abnormal equipment. Incipient stage fires are treated immediately with extinguishing equipment, occupants are warned, 911 is called, and the building's fire control plan is enacted whenever conditions require it.
Fire Watch Logs
Every pass is recorded in a fire watch log with date, time, officer, area covered, and conditions observed — written during the watch, not reconstructed afterward. We provide a digital copy of each log so the property owner can verify coverage from a remote location and hand the fire marshal complete documentation on request.
Release From Watch
When your fire protection system is restored and accepted, we confirm the impairment is closed out, stand the officer down, and deliver the final log package for your compliance and insurance records.
